At American Medical Response (AMR), we enjoy our relationships with the fire service and first responders in over 2100 communities nationwide. Our support of the IAFC 5-Bugle Program shows our dedication to the relationships we’ve cultivated with local fire departments and our desire to collaborate in innovative ways in this time of dramatic change in healthcare.

AMR proudly operates in 40 states and the District of Columbia, employs nearly 19,000 personnel, maintains a fleet of more than 4,300 vehicles, manages 44 dispatch centers, and transports more than 3.2 million patients annually.
